How S2 Tech delivers security hardware in South Africa and arranges installations at your property or business.

Hardware orders are offered for delivery to supported South African addresses, subject to courier coverage, product dimensions and the delivery method confirmed for your order. Installation services are primarily offered in Gauteng and are booked separately.
Courier service, collection by arrangement and direct delivery for larger security-system projects may be available depending on your order.
Any delivery charge applicable to your order must be shown or confirmed before you commit to the purchase. Where the store advertises free Gauteng courier delivery for eligible hardware orders of R2,000 or more, eligibility and location must be confirmed before payment.
Remote areas, oversized equipment, special handling and installations may need a separate delivery or installation quotation. You will be told about additional costs and asked to accept them before they are charged.
A product marked “In stock” may still need order verification, packing and courier handover. “Available on request” and “Custom order” items require confirmation of supplier availability and lead time before your order is finalised.
We will communicate the agreed dispatch or delivery timeframe during checkout, in the quotation or in your order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Where ECTA applies and no different delivery period was agreed, orders must be performed within 30 days. If we cannot perform within the required or agreed period, your statutory cancellation and refund rights apply.
Where a courier provides tracking, we will share the tracking reference or shipment updates using the contact details supplied with your order.
Please check parcels and report visible damage, missing items or wrong products promptly at sales@s2tech.co.za. This helps us investigate quickly; reporting promptly does not remove your statutory rights.
Consumer goods remain at S2 Tech’s risk until you accept delivery as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
Purchasing hardware does not automatically include on-site installation. Installation, commissioning, travel and call-out charges must be stated in your accepted quotation or purchase arrangements.
A technician will coordinate a suitable date after the equipment, site access requirements and payment status have been confirmed. Please disclose safety hazards, access restrictions and relevant site requirements in advance.
If a requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, revised time or cancellation. No substituted product or extra fee will be imposed without your approval.
Where we cannot supply unavailable goods, we will make any legally required refund within the statutory period, including the 30-day rule applicable under ECTA.
